Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

SECTION 13 - RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or defect claims
Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact
Returns will not be accepted if:
Customer does not like the color, fabric, or design
Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
Saree has been worn, washed, dry cleaned, or altered
Blouse piece has been stitched or cut
Product is returned without original packaging
SECTION 14 - EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange is available under the following conditions:
Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Exchange is allowed one time only
Product must be unused and in original condition with tags intact
Reverse shipping charges may apply
Exchange depends on stock availability
If the requested product is unavailable, store credit valid for 30 days will be issued.
SECTION 15 - REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
SECTION 16 - FABRIC & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Sarees require proper care to maintain their quality.
First Wash Instructions:
Sarees must be dry cleaned only for the first wash
Do not machine wash
Do not soak for long periods
Avoid harsh detergents
Fabric Guidelines:
Silk sarees should always be dry cleaned
Cotton sarees may release excess color during the first wash
Handloom sarees may have slight weaving irregularities, which are natural and not considered defects.
SECTION 17 - IMPORTANT NOTES
Slight color variation may occur due to photography lighting and screen display settings.
Damage caused due to improper handling or washing is not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale or discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
International orders are non-returnable.
SECTION 18 - TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
SECTION 19 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Services.
