Returns Policy

At Rajathee, every saree undergoes careful quality inspection before dispatch. As each piece is delicate and thoughtfully crafted, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is received in a damaged condition
• A wrong product is delivered
• There is a verified manufacturing defect

To be eligible for return:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or defect claims
• Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags intact

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The customer does not prefer the color, fabric, or design
• There is slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
• The saree has been worn, washed, dry cleaned, or altered
• The blouse piece has been stitched or cut
• The product is returned without original packaging

All approved returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
